Application
- Developed for brightening aluminium and aluminium alloy components after machining, fabrication or surface treatment.
- Recommended for restoring the original metallic appearance of cast, extruded and precision-machined aluminium parts.
- Pre-clean components to remove oil, grease and heavy contaminants before immersion treatment.
- Immerse components in the prepared CHEMCOX AL SHINER solution until the desired surface brightness is achieved.
- Produces a uniform, bright, residue-free finish without staining, water marks or measurable metal loss.
- Recommended operating concentration: 2-4%, depending on application and surface condition.
