CHEMCOX 7011-TH is an energy efficient aqueous cleaner engineered for high-efficiency spray, ultrasonic and immersion cleaning of ferrous metal components. Its advanced formulation effectively removes oils, metalworking fluids, sticky rust preventive oils, swarf and particulate contaminants while delivering excellent wetting, rapid oil separation, residue-free surfaces and water mark-free finishes, even at ambient operating temperatures (cold washing).
Application
- Developed for ambient-temperature (cold washing) spray, ultrasonic and immersion cleaning of ferrous metal components.
- Ideal for automotive and engineering parts including cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, camshafts, crankshafts, gears, shafts and piston parts.
- Effectively removes oils, metalworking fluids, sticky rust preventive oils, swarf and fine particulate contaminants.
- Recommended for critical cleaning prior to heat treatment, assembly, surface finishing or final inspection.
- Suitable for spray jet washing machines, ultrasonic systems, dunking (immersion) tanks and automated washing equipment.
- Recommended operating concentration: 3-5%, depending on contamination type and severity.
