CHEMCOX 7010-AL is a phosphate-free, mild alkaline, low-foaming aqueous cleaner specially formulated for ultrasonic, spray and immersion cleaning of aluminium and aluminium alloy components. It effectively removes oils, metalworking fluids, swarf, dirt and particulate contaminants, ensuring excellent surface cleanliness, superior rinsability, stain-free surfaces and consistent cleaning performance across a wide range of industrial cleaning applications.
Application
- Designed for ultrasonic, spray and immersion cleaning of aluminium and aluminium alloy components after machining operations.
- Ideal for automotive, aerospace and precision engineering components including cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, pistons, transmission housings and valve bodies.
- Effectively removes oils, metalworking fluids, rust preventive oils, swarf and fine particulate contaminants.
- Suitable for industrial spray washers, ultrasonic cleaning systems and immersion cleaning equipment.
- Recommended operating temperature: approximately 50°C.
- Recommended operating concentration: 3-5%, depending on contamination type and severity.
